🌟 Unlock Your Creativity with Sublimation Prints! 🌟
🎨 Vibrant Colors, Endless Possibilities
Transform ordinary materials into extraordinary masterpieces! Our premium sublimation prints offer:
- Stunning Clarity: Capture every detail with high-resolution prints.
- Fade-Resistant: Colors that stay vivid over time.
- Versatility: From apparel to home decor, sublimation prints elevate your projects.
- Easy Application: Simply heat-transfer your design onto fabric, mugs, or phone cases
To perform sublimation, follow these step-by-step instructions:
-
Preheat your heat press to 385°F - 400°F.
-
Position the printed sublimation paper (printed side down) onto the item you are sublimating (e.g., a shirt). Use heat-resistant tape to hold it in place.
-
Place butcher paper on top of the design to protect the press.
-
Press the item at medium pressure for 45-60 seconds, depending on your heat press and paper specifications.
-
Carefully remove the sublimation paper while it’s still warm.
These steps will help you successfully complete a sublimation project.
for a domestic iron
-
Preheat your iron: Set your household iron to the highest temperature setting and ensure steam is turned off.
-
Prepare your item: Place the object you want to sublimate on a hard, heat-resistant surface and pre-press it with the iron to remove any moisture and wrinkles.
-
Align the transfer: Place the printed sublimation transfer face down on the object and use heat tape to secure it flat in position.
-
Press firmly: Apply steady, firm pressure with the iron on the paper backing for 60-90 seconds, moving the iron in small circles to distribute heat evenly.
-
Allow to cool: Remove the iron and allow the item to cool completely before handling to ensure the dyes properly set.
-
Remove backing: Once cooled, gently remove the transfer paper backing to reveal your sublimated design on the object.
Remember, while a household iron can be used for sublimation, it is not designed for this purpose and may result in lower quality compared to a heat press. For best results, invest in specialized equipment like a heat press.
